Contract Writing

When you are on the go and need a contract written up, we can do so for you! We will write it up, send it for review, send it to your client for signature & inform you when it is ready to send to the Listing Agent.*

MLS Listing Input
$50-$75
When you are on the go and need a new listing input into the MLS, we can do so for you! We will add all necessary information, write a description and upload/order your photos and any documents.*

All charges are sent through our Quickbooks account to your email.
You may pay directly through your bank account (preferred method due to the smaller fee)
or with a debit/credit card.
Please note pricing may be adjusted annually.
Any adjustment in pricing will be notated on the website and advance notice will be given to any clients.
