TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT
ARE YOU LICENSED?
Yes! We are Licenced Real Estate Agents but we do not actively practice real estate. We do not want our clients to feel as though we are competing so we strictly perform Transaction Coordinator services.
DO YOU REQUIRE A CONSULTATION BEFORE STARTING TRANSACTION COORDINATION SERVICES?
Yes! Before we begin working together, we schedule a consultation by phone, Zoom, or in person. This allows us to understand your systems, your preferences, & how we can best support your business. We want to make sure our services are a perfect fit before jumping in.
HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU START WORKING ON MY FILES?
Once you have set up a consultation, submitted our Client Input Form on the website, & signed our Moon River Client Form we can take your first transaction within 24 hours. You may submit a bound contract with your forms as long as it has been bound within 48 hours.
CAN YOU JUMP IN ON A TRANSACTION THAT HAS ALREADY BEGUN?
We only take transactions within 48 hours of the binding agreement date. Any further along & there is a lot of backtracking & confusion. We ask that you send over the contracts as soon as possible.
WHAT IF I HAVE OR HIRE AN ASSISTANT?
We love it when our agents hire assistants! That means your business is growing & we helped you get there. We work very well with assistants. This allows for our agents to have even more leverage & to focus even more on lead generation. Several of our agents have assistants while still utilizing our services.
DO YOU SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS?
No. We've found that inspections, repair work & final walk-through appointments scheduled by the agent & client directly are more efficient during the course of the transaction. We make sure to confirm that these appointments have been made & to follow up after the fact for the necessary paperwork & reports.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A FILE TERMINATES?
If a file terminates we ensure the Termination paperwork is filled out & submitted along with making sure Earnest Money is sent back to the appropriate party. There is no fee to you as an Agent - we don't get paid until you get paid!
HOW MANY FILES CAN YOU HANDLE?
Our team of experienced Transaction Coordinators paired with our refined & custom procedures & systems allow us to operate a high volume of files. We don't cap our TCs based on a file count & instead make sure the TCs are paired with agents that meet specific production-level criteria. That way our agents have a dedicated TC that is available to give them a consistent level of service, regardless of the market & file volume.
CAN I HAVE YOUR CLIENT PAY MY FEE?
Yes! Since the contract is an agreement between the buyer and the seller and payment of the TC fee is between the agent and the client, do NOT write the TC fee into the contract. If it's your seller, the fee should be written into the Seller Brokerage Engagement Agreement. If it's your buyer, it should be addressed on your Buyer Brokerage Engagement Agreement.
HOW DO YOU GET PAID?
Typically, we send a Quickbooks invoice and clients can directly through their bank account. We ask that you pay this within 5 days of a closed transaction. Multiple overdue invoices can result in our refusal of additional contracts until all invoices are paid.
Another option is to have the Attorney's office pay us directly from your compensation. If you chose to do it this way, it would show up as a charge on the settlement statement and the Attorney will mail a check to Moon River Transactions.
WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
We work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm excluding Federal Holidays. Everything sent outside of business hours will be handled the next business day. If something needs to be handled ASAP, it is the responsibility of the Agent.
DO YOU SEND CALENDAR INVITES TO MY CLIENT?
No, although we send you & your team members calendar invites, we do not send them to the client. They received a list of important dates in their initial email & an update any time a date changes per an amendment.
DO YOU SEND COMPLETED DOCUMENTS TO MY CLIENT?
Typically, if we have a completed Amendment to the Agreement, ATAC, or other paperwork, we ensure your client receives a copy as well. Some agents prefer we limit the emails that go to their clients, so you can specify on your onboarding paperwork if you prefer we do not send those out.

WHAT TYPE OF VIDEOS DO YOU OFFER?
We specialize in real estate-related content such as listing videos, branding reels, behind-the-scenes clips, & community spotlights—but we’re open to creating small-scale video content for other industries too! If you’re not sure whether your project fits, we’re happy to set up a consultation.

Absolutely! Whether you're looking for a monthly content plan or a one-time project, we start with a consultation—either by phone, Zoom, or in person. It gives us the chance to understand your brand, goals, & what kind of content you're looking to create so we can build a custom plan that works for you.
DO YOU OFFER MONTHLY MEDIA PLANS?
Yes! Most of our clients choose to work with us through a monthly media plan. During your consultation, we'll ask what kind of content you need & how many videos you’re aiming for each month. From there, we create a custom plan to keep you on track, stay consistent with branding, & deliver your content on schedule.
HOW DOES THE MONTHLY PLAN WORK?
Each month, you’ll let us know your video goals—whether that’s listing videos, reels, brand content, or something new. We’ll help brainstorm ideas, schedule your shoot, & take care of filming, editing, & delivery. We keep in touch throughout the process to ensure we’re aligned with your goals, & you’ll always know what to expect.
CAN I BOOK YOU FOR JUST ONE VIDEO OR PROJECT?
Yes, we do offer a la carte options! Since every project is different, pricing & scheduling for single videos or custom content will be discussed during a consultation. This helps us determine what’s needed, what’s possible, & how to best bring your vision to life.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR VIDEO EDITS?
Turnaround time for edited videos is 48 hours. If your project requires a faster delivery, we offer rush editing services for an additional fee.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
We understand that things come up! Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event will incur a cancellation fee. If rescheduling, pricing may vary depending on the new date, needs, & any associated costs.
WHAT ARE STRATEGY SESSIONS?
Strategy sessions are collaborative consultations where we help brainstorm, outline, & plan your video content. Pricing starts at $50 & varies depending on the depth & length of the session.
WHAT IF MY SHOOT LOCATION HAS AN ADMISSION FEE?
If the location requires a paid ticket or entry fee, it is the responsibility of the client to cover those costs. Moon River Media does not pay to attend ticketed events or venues.
CAN I BOOK A VIDEO IF I’M OUTSIDE SAVANNAH?
Yes! We regularly travel to Pooler, Richmond Hill, Tybee, and other surrounding areas. Pricing starts at $200 and will be confirmed based on distance and shoot requirements for locations beyond these.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR SERVICES?
Clients are billed for media services on either the 15th or 30th of the month. Invoices will reflect the project scope, any applicable fees, & are payable via QuickBooks.
DO YOU OFFER LOGO ANIMATION OR VIDEO INTROS?
Yes! We create simple animated logo intros & outros starting at $25. These are perfect for branding your video content & giving it a polished look.
